Education is broken - CodeCademy is Building Education for the World

codecademy1

While Codecademy is the topic, this is about you and your inability to understand even the simplest things in regards to your website or online marketing.  For instance, <b>your text here</b>  wlll turn the text bold as you see here:  your text here

Simple enough, don't you think?  The came can be said for other very simple terms such as <center> or <u> or underline.

Instead the entrepreneur "gets by" because there is a belief it is "difficult" or too expensive.  It does seem a little silly to spend big money on an expert coder to do simple things which can be done in seconds.

Enter with a solution two years ago:  www.codecademy.com

Codecademy.com is a FREE interactive training website specifically to help people learn html, CSS and other cool languages.  For most entrepreneurs or small business owners, only the very basics are probably needed.

"Education is old. The current public school system in the US dates back to the 19th century and wasn't designed to scale the way it has. Lots of companies are working to "disrupt" education by changing the way things work in the classroom and by bringing the classroom online." - Codeacedmy

Two years ago, as students at Columbia University, Zach Sims and Ryan Bubinski founded Codecademy with the goal of teaching anyone with an internet connection (no computer science degree necessary) to code. Today, nearly a million people are learning JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery and Python through Codecademy's web-based programming tutorials.

There is no reason to dig out your wallet.  This is free.

You don't have to re-arrange your schedule, find parking and travel in rush hour.  Everything you need is online.

"Deer in the headlights" syndrome because of html or CSS crisis can be cured when you have the simplest of things to do.  Take a class or two online at Codeacademy.com.  Don't sit in limbo wishing you knew how.
