While the video is made for humor, is there a moral to the story? Please don't do this at home.
The funny video does not help you understand what it takes to motivate employees:
Recognize your employees as a group. You should take the time to let your team know that they are doing solid work as a unit, and show that you appreciate their efforts at all times.
Taking just a few minutes out of your day to praise your employees for good team work can motivate them to work much harder.
