Free and paid resources.  There are many restaurant forms and spreadsheets here on www.michaelhartzell.com.  30 years of experience says:  "A form is only as good as the user."  This gives you a quick reference vs. searching everywhere.  Remember, you can go right to Amazon for the encyclopedia.  There is not an exact right way to have a form for your restaurant.  It all depends on the skill and will of you and your team.  It seems the larger the form, the less chance of it being completed accurately.

Hi Mike, what I am actually looking for would be inspection forms that would be used by someone carrying out an inspection of the restuaurant its food, service etc. Can you help with this.
