Restaurant Marketing Ideas Low Tech and Low Cost with High ROI

Twelve months from now you will look up from your restaurant marketing plan and dashboard and say to yourself:  "I just have to reach out to Mike and thank him for getting in my face more than once about doing more restaurant marketing".

I look forward to your contact.  In the meantime?  This restaurant marketing tactic works.  Even if there is not a single person who buys something today, you may at the very least get their name and address and send them a unique personal invitation with a card.  I guarantee they will open it.

Even if you do not use this as one of your weekly restaurant marketing tactics it will serve as a way to listen and recruit talent.

How much time you commit to this is completely up to you.  I like to see at least five hours a week but once you see the benefits you will be devoting someone in a part time role to this endeaver.  (Go for the gold and have them do it full time.)

Enjoy the video.

Take aways:

  1. Get listed for local search. (You don't even need a website.)
  2. Download the free toolbar.

  3. Free online local newspapers are a great tool.
  4. Be ready to respond with a unique personal invitation such as a card.
  5. If you make an invitation it increases the chance to get more customers.
