Marketing Your Brand on This Website with a Tweet
BuzzGrowl is a free social media marketing tool which automatically shows what has been shared on Twitter. This cool tool allows me to shine the light on those who give tweets.
If you share a www.michaelhartzell.com website page on Twitter with a tweet, your brand (or face) will be displayed in the lower right corner. Scroll the page to the top to see the slide-in message box in the lower right corner.
If you would like to see your face or brand on the front page of my website, tweet your favorite blog article from www.michaelhartzell.com. The Buzz Growl tool will rotate the the Twitter profiles with each visit to the website or browser refresh.
While I am NOT a fan of in screen pop-ups or slide in messages because of the distraction, Buzz Growl allows me to shine the light back on those who have given this website a shout-out. After 30 days of testing, I believe Buzz Growl is a keeper.
With a simple copy & paste, installation of the Buss Growl code was installed. The Buzz Growl software is automatic and requires no maintenance.
Will it pay off? As with all marketing, the answer is "it depends". The Buzz Growl slide-in box has a link to the Twitter profile page of the tweeter and a link to the page tweeted. Volume traffic is the name of the game along with timing. As this website grows, so does the opportunity to show your Twitter Profile.
